Responding to the store’s comment on my review: It is your store. Your name and number were on the card. You actually spoke with the recipient of the flowers and told her you’d redeliver a bouquet on Sunday, when she returns from her trip. Sounds familiar? Do better. Your flowers looked like shit. Happy to share a photo of the bouquet and the card attached to it with YOUR STORE’s name and number if you’d like. I doubt it’ll help your business, though. Ordered a bouquet from California for a friend‘s 50th bday. I paid extra for same day delivery. They went to the location, my friend wasn’t home. No attempt to contact her so they left and didn’t leave the flowers. I called 1-800 flowers and requested that the flowers be redelivered and they said they’d try again the next day. I asked that they call her this time or leave the flowers outside her door. They came back the next day, never called her but texted her to say the flowers were outside. She opened the box and the flowers look like shit. They are wilted and half dead. Received a small ugly arrangements despite being promised a great bouquet. It was $149 for premium option, I paid extra $70 to make it bigger and to add more flowers. I received a joke. I could get better flowers at Costco or Sam’s Club for a fraction of that price.

Amazing! Called in to have flowers delivered and Brad was so kind and offered to deliver the flowers on same day even though I called a little later in the day !! Amazing customer service and super accommodating and helpful!!! Deff recommend! Thank you!!!

From TN, I was searching for a florist, in Potomac MD, in order to send an arrangement as a sympathy gift. I took hrs trying to decide from where I'd order and what to order. I decided to call Oaxaca as the reviews looked great. Luckily, Brad answered and resolved all issues! He didn't pressure me with his good ideas. He suggested I look at website again to help me get an idea. I called him back and said, "Brad, do whatever you want. I trust you." AND sure enough, he and his crew went beyond to express my deep thoughts to a dear family as they mourn a shocking death. I so appreciate, Brad. When delivered, he texted a picture as I asked. The pricing is fair and the work is excellent. Thank you, Brad.

Amazing arrangement! The customer service was out of this world, they really helped me figure out what I was looking for to send to my aunt, she was delighted to see such a beautiful arrangement and amazed of how long the flowers lasted. I strongly suggest Oaxaca Florist! They will always be my go to florist!
